We will review all deposits and withdrawals before processing them. If an issue arises with a payment, please contact Support for assistance. Please note that payments can take up few business days to process after verification is complete.

Self-Exclusion and Account Restrictions

• Confirm your wish to self-exclude through an email or letter confirming the duration of this period which can be from 6 months to permanent.

During a self-excluded period, we will not allow you access to our platform and marketing communications for that period may also stop.
